Timir Far-Seer
Imagine an Early Bronze Age civilization (ca. 3,000 BC) finding its way to North America at a critical juncture, say 1,200 AD. On Earth this was next to impossible geographically. It is possible in this alternate universe history and story of discovery. The story is a rite of passage, a bildungsroman, a story of exploration and discovery. It is hard to say too much without giving the plot away. The first section of the book is a good intro into the novel and story of Timir, the teen-age son of a hereditary clan chief, undergoing a traditional rite of passage into adulthood.
